Keep one
spiral bound notebook that you write household notes inside. For instance,
devote one page to window sizes (for buying curtains and drapes), devote
another page to filter types or product numbers for air purifiers, and
devote a third page to printer cartridge refill model numbers. You can
create this on the computer but writing these things in the notebook by hand
and scratching out old entries will be quicker. And you're more likely to
maintain an up-to-date book of home management lists this way than if you
wait to do it perfect later on the computer. Number and title each page. Use
the first couple of pages as a table of contents.
