The best
organizational method is simply the one that's best for you. For instance,
if you have a short attention span, try to break projects into 15 minute
increments. It may take you more than one day to finish the project. That's
okay. If you're determined then you will keep at it daily. However, if you
prefer to do one larger task but less often then do one two hour
organizational project per week. Use a timer or set an alarm if it helps you
to stay on schedule.
