Create a
grocery list on your computer of standard items you use. That way you can
print your grocery list without having to recreate the list each week, month
or shopping trip. Cross through any grocery items that you don't need that
shopping trip (or put checks by the items you do need). Add blank lines so
you can write other items you need during that particular trip to the
supermarket.
