QUICK TIP:
ORGANIZING KIDS ROOMS
By Karen Porter,

If you are
organizing kids, especially young children that have trouble remembering (or
reading) where their items should go, take photographs of the items. These
will serve as labels. Tape these photos (labels) to the outside of the
designated shelf, drawer or bin.
Or instead of
taking photos, clip pictures from magazines or newspapers. A third option is
have your children create their own drawings of the items.
Tip: If your
children draw a big picture, reduce its size on the copy machine. Or scan it
onto your computer, save it as an image and resize the image. Then print it
and tape it with clear tape to the front of the shelf, drawer or bin.[ Back ] [ Next ]
