Store pasta and rice in translucent plastic food storage containers in your pantry or kitchen cabinet. For instance, pour five boxes of the same type of noodles in one container. Buy stackable containers. By doing this, you'll save space. And you'll be able to see exactly what's stored in the container and how much is remaining.
