When you have no more storage space available on your bookcase, in a toy cabinet, etc., don't buy a new shelf or cabinet. Instead start using the one in, one out rule. That means make room for new items by trading, donating or trashing an existing item. You'll have less clutter in your home by limiting your storage space.
